If you don't know, start a new session.
A session is a shareable id (an opaque UUID — a routing token, not a login).
Open it here and give the same id to Claude; whatever the MCP pushes is cached and shown on the

Connect Claude
Connect your Claude first. Give Claude access by adding this server as a custom connector in claude.ai (the default), then start or join a session above and hand Claude the id.

- Paste the URL above; leave authentication blank.
- Open a session here, then tell Claude the session id and what to do.

Connect ChatGPT
The same MCP endpoint works from ChatGPT — add it as a connector, then open a session here and hand ChatGPT the id.
